0.1 Letter of Intent A non-binding agreement that establishes the alliance between you and EPA. No financial obligation. No exclusivity. Sign and continue working with any other contractor you wish.

0.2 Client Presentation You introduce the program to your homeowner using EPA-provided marketing materials. We support the conversation directly when needed.

0.3 Evaluation and Approval EPA conducts an internal financial analysis of the property and the proposed scope. Upon approval, we sign the Participation Agreement and Work Order directly with the homeowner.

0.4 Execution of the Workt Our team performs the agreed scope — roofing, remodeling, lighting, inspection-response items — under a single Work Order with itemized cost, defined timeline, and written warranty.

0.5 Payment at Closing The Title Company remits payment to EPA directly from the sale proceeds via the signed Title Company Instruction. Your full commission remains undisturbed. The transaction closes.
